Monthly Update - November 2021

We’re about to head into a busy holiday season at BC Tech, but first, let's take a look at what happened over the past month!

We put together a short video to show what clients receive when they order a “computer in a box”. We encourage all of our non-profit clients to get your orders in ASAP if you’re planning to redistribute computers to your clients this holiday season. A computer for the family home could really help to brighten someone's holiday season!

Over the month of November our technicians refurbished and distributed a whopping 727 computers across 300 orders! 120 pre-prepared computers for the Connecting Families initiative were shipped - if you have an old letter from the Government of Canada regarding
Connecting Families, please follow the instructions if you wish to receive a computer.

We received a lovely thank you note from one of our clients. Thank you Maria for taking the time to tell us how having access to a computer has positively impacted you!

A thank you from a client

We re-certified with the Electronics Recycling Products Association in November and remain the only BC-based non-profit computer refurbisher with this certification. Learn more about what this means here.

As always, thank you to our donors, including Hosted Advantage, Meridian OneCap Credit Corp., Critical Care Technologies, Ecomm 911, and the Government of Canada.

Your donations matter.
