Monthly Update - March 2022

We hope everyone is enjoying the nice Spring weather! March marked the end of our fiscal year, and we are happy to say that our final push was very impressive. We were able to meet our computer target for Connecting Families, while also preparing for our audited Inventory Count. We hope to improve on our numbers for this upcoming year.

In March we received a lot of fantastic donations from our donors. A special thank you to District 41 Library Resource and Capilano University for their wonderful donations. Thanks to their respective contributions we are able to help close the digital divide and divert e-waste from recycling.

Five hardware technicians finished their internship on the 31 and wanted to celebrate with cake! Thanks to Rafael, Ruth, Parsa, Joshua and Peter for your contributions over the last 6 months - we wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Ever since the pandemic started, Laptops have been in high demand. Let's start our fiscal year off strong.

Looking towards May, we are greatly thrilled and honored to be a sponsor for the Skills Canada National Competition. The Skills Canada National competition will be held at the Vancouver Convention Center on May 26 and 27. We will have a booth set up at the event and a Try-a-Trade event to teach participants about the insides of your computer. This is a great learning opportunity for students. Make sure to stop by our booth with your questions or just to simply say hello.

Your Donations Matter.

See you next month.
